The author deals with a three species cyclic predator-prey system of Lotka-Volterra type where each species remains bounded in the absence of the other two. By using some facts from the Perron-Frobenius theory on nonnegative matrices he provides necessary and sufficient conditions for all solutions (with positive initial values) to remain bounded.
