The author describes in a more elementary way an example of a non- decomposable CR-function due to \textit{J. M. Trepreau} [Bull. Soc. Math. Fr. 118, No. 4, 403-450 (1990; Zbl 0742.58053)]. It is based upon the geometry of wedges with edges and a lifting process from \(\mathbb{C}^ 2\) to \(\mathbb{C}^ 3\).
