Regularity properties of twisted spherical means on \(\mathbb{C}^ n\) are studied in terms of certain Sobolev spaces defined using Laguerre functions, and an almost everywhere convergence theorem for the twisted spherical means is proved. As an application a localisation theorem for special Hermite expansions is proved.
