The purpose of this note is to correct some errors in the proofs of pressure error estimates in the author's previous papers [SIAM J. Numer. Anal. 29, No. 1, 57-77 (1992; Zbl 0741.76051), and Numer. Math. 62, No. 1, 49-74 (1992; Zbl 0739.76017)]. It is shown that all the results presented in the aforementioned papers remain valid provided some additional regularity assumptions on the exact solution are made.
