The authors consider both open and closed networks of multi-server queues in heavy traffic. For processes related with queue length process and waiting time process in the stations they prove the functional strong law of large numbers and the functional central limit theorem in heavy traffic situation. The results generalize the existing ones for networks of single-server queues.
