The system (1.1) from the paper or its equivalent system (2.12) is a special form of the system (1) \(dy/dt= x\), \(dx/dt=- y+ \delta x+ lx^ 2+ mxy+ ny^ 2\). The problem of limit cycles or closed orbits for system (1) has been discussed fully in the book ``Theory of limit cycles'' by \textit{Ye Yanqian} and others [English translation: Providence, R. I. (1986; Zbl 0588.34022)].
