The paper deals with the problem of optimal control of a linear integro- differential inclusion. The author proves that the attainability set of the control process is compact and convex. Using ideas from convex analysis and from the theory of multivalued functions the author derives the optimality conditions in the problem of terminal control and in the problem of time-minimization.
