The unconstrained optimization problem \(f(x)\to \min\) is restated in randomized form under several propositions. The authors analyse the possibility of using mathematical physics methods for the solution of the restated problem. The paper contains only the theoretical aspects, the efficiency of the numerical methods is analyzed by the authors in other papers, published in 1986 and in 1990.
