Parabolic equations in domains with concerns and wedges are considered. Existence and uniqueness theorems are presented in special weighted Sobolev spaces; these Sobolev spaces are defined by the symbols of the elliptic operators associated with the parabolic equations under consideration. A proof of these theorems, in case where the domain is a wedge, is given in details and the spectral problems for those elliptic operations are discussed.
