One of the several results presented by \textit{U. Oertel} in [Pac. J. Math. 111, 209-230 (1984; Zbl 0549.57004)] is the determination of the closed incompressible surfaces in the complements of most star knots. Presented in this paper are the cases for some star knots not included in Oertel's discussion.
