The author deals with the existence of multiple solutions of the boundary value problem \(f'''+ Q(Aff''- (f')^ 2)= \beta\), \(f= f(\eta)\), \(0\leq \eta< 1\), \(f(0)= f(1)= f''(1)= f''(0)+ 1= 0\), where \(Q\), \(A\) and \(\beta\) are parameters. The method of proof is based on a topological shooting argument.
