This paper is a continuation of the author's paper (part I) [J. Comput. Syst. Sci. 31, No. 4, 39-46 (1993; Zbl 0813.93060); translation from Izv. Ross. Akad. Nauk, Tekh. Kibern. 1992, No. 3, 54-62 (1992)]. Here are considered: the problem of optimal parametric redundancy; optimal stabilization of adaptive systems according to the criterion of generalized work and also in the case in which the unknown perturbations act on the object.
