Generalized inverses with proportional minors (Q1338508)

The author generalizes his previous results that a rank \(r\) matrix over an integral domain has a Moore-Penrose inverse if and only if the sum of squares of the \(r \times r\) minors is a unit, and that there is a group inverse if and only if the sum of the principal minors of rank \(r\) is a unit.
