Using the semantical method of complete residual lattice-valued logic, \textit{Ying Mingsheng} gave the concept of fuzzifying topology [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 56, 337-373 (1993; Zbl 0787.54010)]. Along with Ying's approach, the author considers the problem of fuzzifying topological groups. In the paper under review, he introduces the corresponding concepts, such as quotient, homomorphism, and isomorphism etc., and discusses some of their properties.
