Series of irreducible representations of the braid group \(B_n\) are given. The authors introduce a generalized Conway relation \((g_i-q)(g_i+p)=0\) and, by means of this relation, a complete set of operators \(\widehat{H}(i)\) is constructed. With the eigenvectors of \(\widehat{H}(i)\) as representation bases, the biparametric irreducible representations of \(B_n\) are obtained by the help of Young diagrams.
