Given a (not necessarily symmetric) \(*\)-autonomous category \({\mathcal L}\), the author shows how to define the notion of bimodule in the context of categories enriched over \({\mathcal L}\). He shows that the \(({\mathcal X},{\mathcal X})\) bimodules (where \({\mathcal X}\) is an \({\mathcal L}\)-category) form a \(*\)- autonomous category, and investigates the possibility of using such categories to provide models for non-commutative linear logic.
