Let \(X\) be a Fano 3-fold and let \(S\) be the locus of the nonrational singular points of \(X\). In this paper the author gives (without proofs) a description of these 3-folds, according to \(\dim S\), which is based on the study of their \(\mathbb{Q}\)-factorial terminal modifications.
