This paper presents a recursive formula for the straightening coefficients of bitableaux in the supersymmetric letter-place algebra. It generalizes the classical theorem of Rutherford in the usual case. The technique used is a generalization in the supersymmetric case of the Cappeli operator analysis method already used by Désarménien for computing the ordinary straightening coefficients.
