On generating functions for subalgebras of free Lie superalgebras (Q1348152)

The main result of the article (Theorem 3.1) gives a Schreier's formula for free Lie superalgebras in terms of characters. As an application, the author specifies characters for free polynilpotent Lie superalgebras (Theorem 4.1). Besides that, the author presents a similar formula in the case of exponential generating functions (Theorem 5.2) and its applications to complexity functions of varieties of Lie algebras (Theorems 6.1 and 6.2). The last three theorems are given without proofs, these can be found in the author's article [J. Math. Sci., New York 93, No. 6, 939-950 (1999; Zbl 0983.17007)].
