The authors study a fully developed Taylor-Couette flow of dilute polymer solution. The governing equations are based on the model of binary mixture of a polymer additive modeled as Oldroyd-B fluid, and a Newtonian solvent. The calculations show the development of strong gradient-induced polymer migration toward the inner cylinder with increasing Deborah number, and the stability of steady-state solution at moderate values of Deborah number.
