The unsteady flow around a circulation control airfoil is investigated numerically using two-dimensional compressible unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations in body-fitted generalized coordinates. A modified version of the Baldwin-Lomax turbulence model is used with the governing equations. The numerical method is the implicit approximate Beam-Warming factorization scheme. We consider the flow around airfoil with pulsating jet, the flow around oscillating airfoil, and the flow around oscillating airfoil with pulsating jet.
