Liouville setup and contact cobordism (Q1355164)

The author defines the Liouville setup that specifies some condition of a contact manifold embedded in a symplectic manifold as a hypersurface. The existence of a standard form of a tubular neighborhood of the contact manifold is proven in the paper. Using this fact, the author defines a contact cobordism for contact forms and proves that it admits the transitive law.
