The behaviour of solutions of the boundary value problem for the Poisson equation in a partially perforated domain with arbitrary density of cavities and mixed type conditions on their boundary is treated. The spectral problem corresponding to the boundary value problem is considered using theorems for the spectrum of a sequence of singularly perturbed operators.
