Robust stability of polynomials: New approach (Q1357531)

The author claims he solves in an easy manner a very important problem for robust stability, i.e. how to find the polynomial coefficients domain such that the polynomials remain Hurwitzians. It should be, however, mentioned that the author mishandles the terminology calling the Schur polynomial a Hurwitz one which may lead to the reader's confusion. Much more important is the fact that the numerical examples enclosed are wrong. They do not refer to both the Hurwitz and the Schur polynomials. The reference polynomials are simply unstable. In the present version, one must not recommended this paper for references.
