The author starts with a result close to that of his earlier paper [Math. Notes 55, No. 1, 30-36 (1994; Zbl 0879.46004)] to prove new lower and upper estimates for the Kolmogorov's \(N\)-width of a unit ball in a finite-dimensional Banach space. As a corollary he obtains an estimate of the linear \(N\)-width of the Hölder-Nikol'skij class on the \(n\)-dimensional torus.
