We give the final solution to the classic problem of finding integrable cases of the Kirchhoff equation for a given symmetry. We also obtain a criterion of existence of a supplementary polynomial integral of an arbitrary degree and distinguish three cases of the existence of a polynomial adiabatic invariant.
