A class of superprocesses which dies out is studied. Under the condition of non-extinction, a class of superprocesses (called conditioned superprocesses) is constructed; its property and the limit property of its occupation time process are investigated. Finally, several limit theorems about this superprocess and its occupation time process are obtained.
