About transformation of a characteristic equation preserving stability (Q1363080)

A transformation is proposed which gives a fixed point in the space of parameters with respect to the stability conditions. The transformation can be used as an aid in the design of linear time-invariant systems. An example is given, where the resulting design is not very impressive (large overshoot). There is no review of the connected literature. There are no figure captions. The paper seems mathematically sound, and I did not discover any obvious errors.
