This paper studies the stability of the equilibrium state \(x=0\) of the polynomial cubic dynamical system \[ \dot x_i-f_i(x)= -\sum^n_{j=1} a_{ij}x_{j}- \sum^n_{j,k,l=1} a_{ijkl}x_jx_kx_l. \] Using a Lyapunov function, some sufficient conditions of asymptotic stability in the large of system (1) are obtained.
