Optimal control of almost periodic motions with constraints on the averages (Q1363882)

This paper concerns the optimal control of almost periodic motions. The study of this problem is important for the turnpike processes and movements of a controlled system that is defined on a tore. The author has cited the necessary conditions for optimality in the problem of almost periodic movements with constraints of the type of equalities and inequalities of the averages. These conditions are obtained for a ``convexed'' problem in such a form that, for a problem with admissible controls that belongs to a space of almost periodic functions (in the sense of Stepanov), the corresponding statements follows from these conditions.
