Linear, finite-dimensional, time-invariant, both discrete and continuous dynamical control systems with bounded disturbances are considered. The main definition of the invariant set for a given dynamical control system is presented. Next, using methods of linear algebra sufficient conditions for the existence of a minimal invariant set are formulated and proved, both for discrete and continuous dynamical systems. Special cases are also discussed. A simple, numerical illustrative example is presented. Moreover, several remarks and comments concerning invariant sets for linear dynamical systems are given. Similar problems have been recently considered in the monograph [\textit{A. G. Chentsov}, Asymptotic attainability (1997; Zbl 0859.93002)].
