The paper is a continuation of the previous article [Discrete Math. 159, No. 1-3, 13-33 (1996; Zbl 0861.05004)]\ of the author. It deals with the algebraic combinatorics of the Dowling lattices. These are group-theoretic analogs of partition lattices. Explicite formulae, generating functions and recurrence relations are proved.
