We consider formal deformations of the Poisson algebra of functions (with singularities) on \(T^*M\) which are Laurent polynomials on fibers. In the case \(\dim M=1\) \((M= S^1\), \(\mathbb{R}\) or complex upper half-plane), there exists a nontrivial *-product on this algebra which is not equivalent to the standard Moyal *-product.
