Using an integro-differential representation of an operator, expressing a boundary value of the normal derivative of a harmonic function regular in the halfspace in terms of its boundary value, the non-Fredholm boundary problems are investigated. Possible applications of this method to the oblique derivative problem for a harmonic function regular in halfspace are discussed.
