We present a solution of two-dimensional coupled magnetized plasma equations. A general method for singular systems of ordinary differential equations is included in a shooting method for solving the plasma equations on the field line. The plasma equations are coupled by introducing the perpendicular charged particle diffusion and perpendicular energy leakage. To solve the equations near the stationary point (ion velocity equal to zero), a method to avoid indeterminate right-hand sides is proposed, and the boundary points which are singular are reached by a singular solver.
