Cartoon animation and morphing with wavelet curve descriptor (Q1367133)

A new framework for cartoon animation is proposed. The motion of a cartoon character is modeled with the Lagrangian dynamic equation where the multiscale curve is driven by relevant forces. To simplify further this model, a model which consists of a decoupled system of ordinary differential equations is considered. The best motion parameters are determined by using the least squares approximation.
