Conditions under which a family of interval polynomial perturbations of a simple bivariate polynomial is strictly Hurwitz are presented. Necessary and sufficient strict Hurwitzness conditions for an interval bivariate polynomial under interval polynomial perturbations are established. The considerations are illustrated by a numerical example.
