The reliability of orthotropic plate and beam composite structures, which are under stochastic boundary conditions and are exposed to the action of stochastic loading, are analysed by means of the stochastic boundary element method. The corresponding boundary integral equation is derived, and the method for reliability analysis has been established. Finally, the authors obtain formulas for reliability index of such structures. Numerical examples show the efficiency of the method.
