Combining Poincaré's idea of gravitational field and Einstein's idea of Riemannian geometry of spacetime, A. A. Logunov and his group developed a relativistic theory of gravitation (RTG) within the framework of special relativity which introduced the graviton mass. According to RTG, the existence of black holes is completely excluded. A homogeneous and isotropic universe develops cyclically. The existence of a large ``latent'' mass of substance in the universe is predicted.
