The author finds explicit solution of the initial-boundary value problem for the fourth-order equation \(\partial^2_t\Delta u+ w^2_1 u_{x_1x_1}+ w^2_2 u_{x_2x_2}= 0\), \(\Delta= \partial^2_{x_1}+ \partial^2_{x_2}\), in \((0,+\infty)\times (\mathbb{R}^2\setminus\Gamma)\), where \(\Gamma= \{x: x_1= s\cos\theta, x_2= s\sin\theta, s\in (a,b)\}\).
