The covariant boundary value problem and mathematical aspects of exact solutions for the relativistic kinetic equation are analyzed for gaseous systems with boundaries in presence of gravity waves. The analysis is based on a proposed heuristic principle on effects of gravitational radiation and is used to analyze the evolution of such kinetic systems.
