The author gives SLLNs for two-dimensional arrays of pairwise orthogonal operators in a von Neumann algebra with faithful normal state. These are non-commutative extensions of some results of \textit{F. Móricz} [Acta. Sci. Math. 40, 143-156 (1978; Zbl 0391.60039)]. These are also extensions to two-dimensional arrays of earlier results of \textit{R. Jajte} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 94, 229-235 (1985; Zbl 0601.46058) and ``Strong limit theorems in non-commutative probability'' (1985; Zbl 0554.46033)].
