This paper is concerned with the following Lotka-Volterra system of autonomous differential equations \[ \dot x=V_x= x(cy+x) \] \[ \dot y=V_y= y(az+x) \] \[ \dot z=V_z= z(bx+y), \] where \(a,b\) and \(c\) are parameters, and the author gives all values of \((a,b,c)\) for which the system has a homogeneous polynomial first integral \(f(x,y,z)\).
