Quantum Chern-Simons theory out of moduli space path integrals (Q1373684)

The authors give details describing quantum Chern-Simons theory by use of functional integration in the phase space: thus the description is in terms of path integrals on the space of paths in the moduli space. The development is restricted to the moduli space of \(SU(2)\)-bundles over \(T^2\). Using minimal ingredients, the authors are able to give an explicit construction of the model so as to satisfy the axioms for a topological quantum field theory, giving an effective method for describing the Hilbert space and the calculation of some observables.
