The authors study initial-boundary value problems to a system of two parabolic equations containing maximal monotone graphs in a bounded domain of \(\mathbb{R}^n\). A particular case of the system represents the mathematical description of a diffusion process within a medium composed of two components involving a phase change. Under certain conditions T-accretivity of the corresponding operator and the convergence of a mild solution of the above problem to a constant solution for \(t\to \infty\) are proved.
