Intersection numbers on moduli spaces and symmetries of a Verlinde formula (Q1374762)

The paper under review studies the moduli space of rank-two vector bundles of odd degree on a hyperelliptic curve, or more precisely its cohomology ring. In general we know various universal cohomology classes on this space. However, for hyperelliptic curves there are explicit representations which allow more explicit computations. This is done in the paper, and one obtains new results as well as simplifications of previously known proofs.
