The author establishes asymptotic formulae for the solutions of the first order recurrence system \[ x_{n+1}= (A+B_n)x_n \] where \(x_n (n=0,1,2, \dots)\) are \(k\)-dimensional complex column vectors and \(A\) and \(B_n\) \((n=0,1,2, \dots)\) are \(k\times k\) matrices with complex entries.
