Most projective-net methods work poorly on regular nets with highly prolate cells because of the use of Lagrangian and Hermitian interpolants and the corresponding conditions of matching the solutions in adjacent cells in these methods. When constructing a projective-net method on an irregular net, we had to relinquish the Lagrangian representation and collocation-type matching conditions. In this work, we employ similar collocation-least square equations in the conditions of matching the solutions in adjacent cells.
