Given a multivalued map \(A\) from a topological space \(X\) into the dual \(E^*\) of a topological vector space \(E\), the authors prove existence theorems for solutions of the inclusion \(0\in A(x)\). This extends a previous result by \textit{B. Ricceri} [J. Convex Anal. 2, No. 1-2, 287-290 (1995; Zbl 0838.47045)].
