A continued fraction technique for the case of two Stieltjes series with nonzero radii of convergence is used to derive the inequalities for two- and three-point Padé approximants. The above inequalities allow to establish the new bounds on the effective transport coefficient of two-phase composite materials. It is the fifth paper of the authors on this original application of Padé approximation technique to estimate some characteristics of inhomogeneous media.
